Abstract

This study was motivated by Grade IV students' limited knowledge of rights and obligations in Pancasila Education. The study aimed to develop picture card media and determine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students' knowledge of rights and obligations at SDN Ridogalih 01. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The participants were 21 Grade IV students selected using saturated sampling. Product feasibility was assessed by media, subject-matter, and language experts, while practicality was measured through teacher and student response questionnaires. Effectiveness was determined by comparing pretest and posttest scores using N-Gain analysis. The expert validation results produced an overall mean percentage of 83.33%, indicating that the picture card media was highly feasible. The teacher response reached 97%, while the mean student response across individual, small-group, and field trials was 88.37%, indicating high practicality. Students' mean score increased from 48.3 on the pretest to 86.6 on the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.74, which falls within the high category. These findings indicate that the developed picture card media is feasible, practical, and effective for improving students' knowledge of rights and obligations in Grade IV Pancasila Education.
